These terms govern your use of Upzy (“we”, “us”) and every purchase made on this website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks or abuse of our services or staff.

2. Products and delivery

• Orders are delivered by our team to your order page after payment, usually within 1–3 hours.
• Plans that upgrade your own account are activated on the account details you enter at checkout.
• You must follow the usage instructions shown with each product (for example: stay on your assigned profile and don't change account credentials).

3. Payments

Prices are shown in USD. Balance top-ups are non-transferable and can be used for any purchase on Upzy. Orders awaiting payment are cancelled automatically when their payment window expires, and any reserved stock is released.

4. Warranty

Every order is covered for the period shown on the product page. If a delivered item stops working during that time, open a support ticket and we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, publicly share or misuse items purchased from Upzy, and not to interfere with other customers sharing a plan.

6. Liability

Upzy is not affiliated with the brands listed in the store. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
